Raspberry and sage lollies

Ingredients:

 

  • 250 g of fresh raspberry puree (pressed raspberries)

  • 100 g forest honey (alternative agave syrup)

  • 1 egg-white

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 leaves of sage, finely chopped

  • 1 table spoon elderflower syrup

  • 6 twigs for lolly sticks

  • 250 ml with magnesium mineralized, filtered drinking water

 

Preparation:

 

Mix all ingredients using a hand blender, pour into the chosen containers and leave to freeze for at least 1 hour. Then insert the cut twigs or wooden sticks into the centre of the container and return to the freezer for around 3 hours. Dip the container into hot water for a short time, remove the Magic Bullet lollies from the container and enjoy.
