Passion fruit, mango and lemon balm iced-lolly



  • 100 g mango concentrate (pressed mango)

  • 3 fresh passion fruits

  • 7 leaves of Lemon balm, finely chopped

  • 5 wooden lollipop sticks

  • 100 ml with magnesium mineralized, filtered drinking water




Finely chop the lemon balm, Halve the passion fruits and scrape out the flesh with seeds and mix with the remaining ingredients. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze.
