Lemon balm and pear iced-lolly
Ingredients:

250 g pear concentrate (pressed pears)

30 ml lemon juice

7 leaves of lemon balm, finely chopped

A pinch of clove powder

5 wooden lollipop sticks

100 ml with magnesium mineralized, filtered drinking water
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and add the finely chopped lemon balm to taste. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze.
