Lemon balm and pear iced-lolly

Ingredients:

 

  • 250 g pear concentrate (pressed pears)

  • 30 ml lemon juice

  • 7 leaves of lemon balm, finely chopped

  • A pinch of clove powder

  • 5 wooden lollipop sticks

  • 100 ml with magnesium mineralized, filtered drinking water

 

Preparation:

 

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and add the finely chopped lemon balm to taste. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze.
