Pink Smoothie with deep-frozen raspberries

Ingredients for 1 glass:


  • 150 g deep-frozen raspberries

  • 2 TL agave syrup or honey

  • 50 ml oat- or rice milk

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (alternatively a pinch of cardamom or 1 TL rose water – depending on how exotic the drink should be)

  • 3 basil leaves

  • 100 ml with magnesium mineralized, filtered drinking water

 

Preparation:

 

Put the deep-frozen Raspberries in a mixer. Add the oat- or rice milk and filtered water mineralized with magnesium. Crush / mix. Add the agave syrup and briefly mix again. Pour into a glass and garnish with basil leaves.
