Orange Smoothie

Ingredients for 1 glass:

 

  • 1 mango

  • 1 banana

  • 3 oranges

  • 75 g yoghurt

  • 100 ml with magnesium mineralized, filtered drinking water

 

Preparation:

 

Squeeze the oranges. Peel the mango and banana and cut into large cubes. Put all ingredients into the mixer or puree using the hand blender.
