Blue Smoothie with blueberries and orange juice

Ingredients for 1 glass:

  

  • 1 banana

  • 300 g blueberries, fresh or frozen

  • 200 ml orange juice

  • A small amount of honey or agave syrup

  • 100 ml with magnesium mineralized, filtered drinking water

 

Preparation:

 
Put all ingredients into the mixer or puree using the hand blender - enjoy!
