Vegetable drink

with cayenne pepper

 

Ingredients for 1 glass:

 

  • 350 ml magnesium enriched, filtered water
  • 20 g carrots
  • 20 g celery
  • 5 g leeks
  • 1 stalk flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 juniper berries
  • 3 peppercorns
  • 2 pinches sea salt zest of lemon
  • Etwas Zitronenschale
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 sprinkling of cayenne pepper

 

Preparation:


Clean, peel and dice the vegetables. Put all the ingredients and the mineral-enriched filtered water in a pan and bring to the boil. Set aside. Add the lemon zest and vanilla pod to the Gourmet vegetable water. Leave to stand overnight. Strain the drink and do not add salt. Stir in the cayenne paper before drinking. This balancing drink can be served hot or cold!
