Pomegranate drink

with chilli powder

 

Ingredients for 1 glass:

 

  • 250 ml magnesium-enriched, filtered water
  • 1 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 3 cardamom pods (green)
  • 2 cm cinnamon stick
  • 1 pinch chilli powder
  • 1 pomegranate

 

Preparation:


Halve the pomegranate. Remove the seeds from one half and extract the juice from the other. Boil the pomegranate seeds with the ginger and spices in the magnesium-enriched, filtered water and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Strain and leave to cool. Add the pomegranate juice, but no extra sugar. This balancing drink can also be served hot.
