Grapefruit mint drink

with rosemary


Ingredients for 1 glass:


  • 220 ml magnesium-enriched, filtered water
  • 3–4 dried peppermint leaves (alternative: 1 peppermint teabag)
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 1 grapefruit


Prepare a tea using the magnesium-enriched, filtered water and the peppermint. Leave to cool, pour it into a jug and add the sprig of rosemary. Crush the lemongrass stalks lightly to soften the fibres. Add these to the jug and leave to stand for 1 hour in the fridge. Squeeze the grapefruit and add to the tea for a delicious balancing drink!
