Cool cucumber water

with sea buckthorn juice

 

Ingredients for 1 glass:

 

  • 250 ml magnesium-enriched, filtered water
  • 3–4 cm pieces of cucumber
  • 1 tablespoons caraway seeds
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sea buckthorn juice
  • 1 tablespoons cider vinegar

Preparation:


Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and slice very thinly. Put all the ingredients in a jug, add the magnesium-enriched, filtered water and leave to stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
