Lemon-thyme-water

Ingredients for 1.5 litres:

 

  • 1.5 liter water, prepared with Magnesium mineralised drinking water from the BWT Gourmet table water filter

  • 2 small lemons

  • 2 stems of lemon balm

  • 5 stems of lemon thyme

 

Preparation:


Squeeze the juice out of one lemon, cut the second lemon in very thin slices. Wash the lemon balm and lemon thyme and bind them together with a string. Put all ingredients into a carafe and fill up with 1.5 litres of filtered water. Do not leave it for longer than 10 minutes to steep.
