Apple-fennel-water

Ingredients for 1.5 litres:

 

  • 1.5 liter water, prepared with Magnesium mineralised drinking water from the BWT Gourmet table water filter
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tea spoon fennel seed
  • 3 stems mint

 

Preparation:

 

Wash the apple, cut out the core and cut it in very thin slices. Rinse the mint. Put the fennel seed and the mint into a carafe together with the apple slices and fill up with cold, filtered water. Put it in a cold place for half an hour.
