Food expert Reinhard-Karl Üblacker recommends BWT Water Balancing recipes to restore harmony to our body: these recipes are a simple means of cleansing the body and releasing fresh energy. With the "Magnesium Mineralizer", BWT - Europe's No. 1 in water technology - has developed a unique product which continuously supplies water with the valuable mineral magnesium in ionic form. The perfect complement: healthy food!

If you only eat fruit for one day, it is important not to choose more than three different varieties: in addition to the Balancing drinks, you can eat fresh fruit, such as pineapple, papayas, apples and pears. You can decide yourself how much fruit you want to eat. If you eat vegetables only, to get your vitamin ration for the entire day you will need between 1 and 1.5 kg. Vegetables that are raw or carefully prepared (steamed) and salads are best, eaten in portions throughout the day. Salt should be avoided.
